Bring your crawlers, walkers, and runners (ages 1 - 5) for a wonderful chance to stretch and play. The first half of class is devoted to developing a kids yoga practice for your little one. Together we will sing songs while breathing, stretching, twisting and moving, followed by some basic kid-friendly yoga poses, adult and kid partner poses and a chance to get upside down! THEN, we'll bring out some toys for the little ones to play with and have a basic, but challenging, 30 minute power yoga flow for you! Come connect with your little one and other parents and caregivers in the community!
Infant siblings welcome in carriers, carseats, or we can make a cushiony spot for them!
